Mojo Dojo's 20 Gallon

well the chaeto that i have ordered has copepods and amphipods already in it, its just a bonus

and yes im planning on a mandarin, not in this tank though and not just 1, if things go according to plan all this stuff in the 20 goes to the 200+ gallon (with sump = 255 gallons at least) im settiing up in around july and this turns into either a breeding tank or a coral prop tank.

Great start to your tank, looking really good

lol this has been setup since january so its not really a "start" hehe

and thanks, i really wanted to put more corals but i dont want to risk losing them on the move.

well i ordered the chaeto with the definite chance of both amphi and copepods, should get here by thursday

its about a sandwhich baggy full so i was wondering how fast would i expect changes in water chemistry??

that looks GREAT so far. i especially like your rock work. very visually appealing. cute clowinies too

thanks for the compliment hehe

well from the last pic there is alot less algae, and for some reason the xenia isnt doing too well, i did move the rock to try to catch the clowns for measurment i i think i ut it back wrong, do they tend to lose heads when there isnt enough flow? im going to try puting tem back to there original place but it would be helpful to get an answer

looking really good bud...one question. how did you sort out your cyano issue. just that im starting to get some in my tl550 and I cant get it to budge,

well if i think my pics are updated you should see a smaller structure which is a breeder trap for freshwater, ill put the chaeto in there to avoid it from
a.) falling apart
b.) getting eaten by who knows what, i THINK some fish eat it but im pretty sure clowns dont, better safe then sorry
c.) to let the pods have a safe haven and hopefully able to go in and out throught the slits

so in short, display :)

70%!

You're certainly mastering the art of extreme fish keeping.

ok imo this makes no sense lol

besides that....

YES!! it came! it looks like some sort of cleaning utensil (in the shape of a sponge lol) and i cant really tell if the pods are hiding or not there but hopefully ill see soon enough when i turn off the lights :D
