The only ones I have access to are Albino and Julii at my LFS. I had some "Emerald Cories" for awhile, but it turns out they aren't real cories. Silly LFS.

Liveaquaria.com has a good selection, but I don't want to ship fish in the winter, even if I'm only a state away.

I ordered from them once and was not very happy with the fish they sent me. One batch arrived dead and the others were very tiny and not the fish I had ordered. You might be better off getting them on AquaBid if you want to order by mail. I, and some of the other members, have bought from many of the sellers who auction there and can let you know if they are good. It can get expensive when you add in the shipping costs, but it's possible to get fish there that you can never find in a store.

Do you think you could ask the owner of your lfs to order some different kinds for a change?

One LFS is a chain store who hates me because I deter sales every time I'm there, and the none-chain LFS's owner doesn't get fish that there isn't a high demand for because they specialize in mainly in reptiles and dogs where all the big money is at. I asked him once about Endlers and he laughed.

Aquabid looks pretty neat, but I'm kind of weary about having fish shipped without a guarentee.

I've bought a lot of corys on AquaBid and got a guarantee with all of them. Of course, most sellers won't give one unless you opt for some form of overnight delivery, but can you blame them? Priority mail is cheap, but you get what you pay for......slow delivery, and that means a big risk.

I can understand about the chain store owner, but remember that as part of a chain, they are only offered certain stock by their company. This will have to vary according to what they can get at any given time since they buy from fish farms and/or import directly, so check there regularly. You never know what might come in.
