Fish Fanatic
After seeing lots of amazing pictures and reading lots of info from this site and others on malawi cichlids I was persuaded (was not too difficult!) to transform my community tank into a mbuna malawi tank. Loving how playful and characterful they all are, so much more interesting that tetras
-The tank is a 95L Clearseal - a bit on the small side I know but I will be upgrading over the summer.
-Filtered by an aqua one aquis 1000 external
-Airstone + heater
-Crushed coral + sand
-Various slate and limestone from my garden
Stocking:
- 4 Labidochromis Caeruleus
- 1 Pseudotropheus something
- 1 unknown blue
-2 Small Bristlenose Plecs
Fish were as advised from a LFS, I know not to trust them entirely but I don't have much choice when it comes to fish shops.
Sorry for the bad quality, they are fast when they want to be.
Any comments/advice welcomed
James
