I am going away for a short vacation in June....leaving a Thursday morning and coming back on a Monday night.....I just booked the flight (pretty excited as its the first time I have EVER booked a flight online and taken a little vacation)....n e ways. All my tanks are cycled and all. All have been running well. The fry I have should be grown up by then :)

Is it worth me getting some auto feeders for the tanks or will they be fine for this period without food at all? I figured they would be but if not, I will start arranging things now.

Also is there anything else I need to do to prepare my fish being without me for that period?

TIA

They should be fine without feeding for those days. It cant hurt to cut down their food a bit in the days before you leave either. This way the water will stay cleaner and the fish will be used to not getting anything for a couple of days.

Have a good trip when you go, and may you come back to healthy fish :)

ive heard fish are fine for 6 days without food. Do you not have anybody to come feed them once or twice at least?
