No it's the fount part on the gonopodium.

awww I'm dissapointed..... thats too bad....... But anyways, two of my female lyres had their babies but I don't see any around, they were that big so maybe all of the babies ended up being the other fishes male for the day. But my HUGE female is expecting soon, I'm sure she'll give my 50+ babies.

Thats great news. just need to remember that the normal sized gonopodium males are the only ones that can breed.
