Receiving some tiger & snakeskin endler x guppy fry today

there mum came from a tank of snakeskin endler x guppys and tiger endler x guppys! So hopefully I get some ''tigerskin endlers x guppy hybrids ''

OMG! Since my dad owns 50% stake in my lfs [his 2 best mates run it, my dad just pumps money and receives more] They have now tied down deals with guppy breeders in singapore! They have a 10-page book with 15 guppy strains in each page that they can order in [as singles, doubles, trios] and I am the only person allowed to order from it [apart from people who work there and the owners etc...] So I'm going to look at the list tommorow and see if they can bring in;

half black pastel pair
albino red trio
moscow full black trio
white dragons trio!
russian metal lace pair
and maybe some others!

Just what I needed as I am about to upgrade to another 6 or so tanks!
I might also buy the guppys etc of them by request of people on this forum and sell for a 5% profit!

Also, can anyone figure out how they got this kind of swordtail?;

I think they got a longfin orange swordtail and crossed it with a female red wag platy or a female red wag swordtail to get a longfin red wag swordtail.

Also, since I last kept swordtails, only males have the swords, the females just look like platys/ are platys that are crossed with a male swordtail to pass on the swordtail gene to mails, yes?

This topic should be in the scientific section lol

Also, does anyone know where to or keep themselves this sword;

My guess is that the male was albino and crossed with a koi coloured platy to give an albino koi sword male and just carry on till the strain breeds true [you can breed the albino koi swords to gt more koi swords, so you dont hav to breed an albino sword with a koi platy]

The white and red is just a kohaku swordtail with a very nice colour quality and pattern.

My platies are terrible for pinching the cories sinking algae wafers so i feed them at night now,when the lights go out so hopefully the cories find them

Lol. Either they find them or the wafers decompose over night diseasing your tank and filling it with ammonia. DUN DUN DUN!!!!!!

Was that really needed? It sounds like you are calling her dumb, forgive me if I am wrong. lol. It is not really diseaseing it is just causing ammonia as it decomposes.
