Live Plants

Of course you can, just rinse them well to get rid of any residual snails treatments etc and remove the lead weights and floss around the roots./

Caps lock is located on left of the keyboard :good:

Depending which type of fish you choose to stock some will eat/destroy a planted tank. Give us your tank size and fish and we advise

tank is 4foot
fish i have is
1 large severum
2 small tinfoil barbs
2 small firemouths
baby plec
and a large sailfin plec
will theres eat the plants

I dont think so but i had a friend that had almost the same fish and he had trouble with the fire mouths digging up the plants but that could just be a fluke.

sorry to be interrupting but shouldn't tinfoil barbs and the sailfin pleco be in a bigger tank? Oh, and I would try anubais, java fern, and java moss. They are the only plants that survived my sev.

Anubias is a good beginner plant, and its thick leaves generally don't get eaten (or even bothered) by the fish. It's also a low light plant, so you shouldn't have to worry too much about that.

For more specific plant recommendations, you will need to list your light situation, as well.

My sevs loved plants... Try and go for thicker leaved plants as mentioned such as the anubis.

Baaaad idea, that way you end up with super high waste levels and stunted fish with shortened lifespans, they really should be in bigger tanks.
