Live Chat, Major Issue

It appears to be a problem with the java software not allowing access to the IRC network so until the problem can be rectified the only way of accessing the chat room is via a IRC client such as mIRC.

ive tried using mirc it just says connection refused all the time.when i use jave it says erroneous nickname.I miss my chat

I miss it too. So much happened today, all of it bad and I needed someone to talk to about it.

just look for an irc client theres plenty out there and there dead simple to set up

There is loads of chat rooms out there it just depends if fishforums wants to pay or not but for a flash chat with a max of 250 ppl in at a time is around £150 which is nothing

I was having problems too with the main link and the temporary one..

I then followed feeshy's advice and googled a bit. I found this.. Clicky here...

Just add your nickname.. worked for me, hope it works for you..

Improving somewhat on my earlier hint, there *is* a /server command- (at least I think it's /server) ours is irc.oftc.net .

Use it as you will.
