I vote 3 also just for that reason.

Here is my bash at it:

1) I cracked my ribs and dislocated my shoulder 30 months ago simply walking (wasn't doing anything dangerous), having predicted it would happen minutes earlier.

2) I broke my own heal bone having a temper tantrum 18 months ago.

3) I cut a finger off 6 months ago demonstrating how not to use a chefs knife.
