  don't be so hard on yourself TT, it is OK we all understand you can get a little confused from time to time, especially as you think you are one of the oldest on the forum 

 
I used to say "you can hit me around the head with a wet kipper", I think that would be more helpful to you, only problem is it would have to be a virtual strike
