Lfs Serious Problems Anyone?

Tbh i think some lfs do need educating atleast the basics iv had no personal experience with one because myn are good they always ask what size tank what fish you got how long its been running ect but the customer also needs to play their part and research so they no whats suitable for their tank but misleading someone just to make a quick buck is wrong

I think that took me 10 mins to read, and I guess you have some very valid points I just really dislike when wrong info is given from a sales rep. Especially if I ask what's suited for my tank.

I don't even think I read more than half of it, I think I get her main points though.
At the end of the day it's down to the customer to know what they're buying. As fish are rarely seen as more than decorations/ dinner.
