Rocking a crabshell for a hat.
Wow, Synirr! Great job on picking the parents, the pictures... everything!
lljdma06 -- 2nd ball left of the tail on the right . The egg is completely clear by that stage, but you can still sorta see the outline of the casing and the fry is curled up inside. The dark-bodied ones didn't show up so well on camera because the flash doesn't pick them up as well, but if you look really close for tails that aren't attached to glowing white orbs you can make out a couple, haha.

And you're telling this to a person with -10.75 in each eye and an astigmatism? I'm not a good candidate for lasik either, which sucks, so I have to deal. Contacts help, but don't correct the astigmatism, which is really bad at night, or when I'm on stage. My glasses weigh a ton, even with the best plastic lenses and I have to buy frames from the kid's section. My only pretty pair of glasses were Harry Potter inspired, and they were lost at the O'Hare airport in Chicago. Now, I have yucky ones that don't fit right. (Everybody now, sigh of pity for llj, and cue distant, sad violin music ). So, I'll take your word for it, Synirr! They're there! They're really there! I believe you!
Need more pity, please.
EDIT: This is my 1750th post. This is the year the great Johann Sebastian Bach died. Great composer, very sad. Quick, somebody tell a joke or something!
Congrats, again Synirr.
Hehehe, poor lljdma06
Fry are free-swimming and had their first meal today
