What is the most useful (most used) electrical kitchen appliance you have?..... We all have a cupboard full of these white elephants which are never used..... I can name them alphabetically.... things that makes perfect sense to buy, but once you have them..... They land up in this appliances graveyard.....

My Ice-making machine works a lot harder than even the microwave..... The juicer and Sodastream are also employed very often, but for the rest..... (from the bread making machine to the coffee bean grinder)...... Rest in Peace!!!

I know what Caz's is... It begins with K and boils water...

The cooker would have to be mine... especially as we have just had a snazzy new one. lol.

The slow cooker is my least used item, great in theory but I am at work for well over the standard 8hr cooking time the recipes call for and I don't 100% trust the thing to not burn the house down, the most used would be the kettle  , need that coffee and the toaster (quick breakfast) followed by the microwave. A non kitchen applience that I don't use is the iron :D , the beauty of working outdoors and most likely to get grubby and wrinkled I believe warrents not using the iron.

electric kitchen appliances.. i use my coffee pot and coffee grinder daily. the food processor a couple times a week, the stand mixer at least once a week. the slow cooker once or twice a week in the winter, less often in the summer. the juicer gets used more in the summer than in the winter in general, and the waffle baker gets used about once a month in the winter and almost not at all in the summer. i also have a blender and a couple small handheld mixers that i don't use often, but when i need them, i NEED them, so i don't ever get rid of them. i also don't use the meat grinder or the meat slicer often, but they still do come in handy now and then.

now, i've never owned a breadmaker and i never will, i have been known to call them the spawn of the devil from time to time.

i don't really have any kitchen appliances that i don't use at least a couple times a year. i try to stay away from things that have only one purpose, or that can do only one thing. i had a rice cooker once upon a time, but it went outside one time when we were cleaning and one of my dogs ate the cord, but i don't miss it so it never got replaced.

i forgot about the microwave.. lol. it's main function is to be a meat safe to keep the dogs from stealing my meat while it's thawing. it doesn't actually do a lot of microwaving, maybe a couple times a week at the most.

knife and fork =D if they count....

It's true! I love tea  although I don't have a patch on the man-wife and his best friend...

I use most things in my kitchen... I confess to not using the steamer and not using the ice chipper. I do have things that I don't use very regularly, but they do get used so I keep them. But I use the food processor, slow cooker, blender etc. Obviously some things are seasonal...

I don't have a bread maker... my parents have two though, one for normal bread and one for gluten-free bread. They've also got an ice cream maker (another gadget I'd never have) as they use it to make dairy-free ice cream and sorbets. In their case I completely understand why they have them... it's almost impossible to buy dairy-free ice cream and prescription gluten-free bread is vile!

Has to be the kettle or the coffee making machine, what do you call it? I forget. I use nothing else apart from the washing machine and tumble drier. My OH uses the rest. Bread making thingys, ice thingys, cooker, microwave, blender thingys, whiskers, juicers. All of that rubbish I don't use. I refuse to cook, it takes too much patience that I don't have. If I say "I'm cooking tonight" it means we're going out for food.

iv changed my mind... a can opener is the most useful =]

Now why didn't I think of that?

Our Keurig - - I love my morning coffee / tea and our marriage would not be the same with out it! It was a valentine's day gift from my husband and it is the model that does hot and iced :)
