Led Bubble Wand, Turn Off At Night?

Hello all, question. I have a 125 gallon tank with 2 tiger oscars. Today I bought a 21" LED Bubble wand with 12 LEDs. They are surprisingly really bright. I know fish need "sleep" so my question is should I turn off the LEDs at some point during the night. The tank looks really pretty with them on while the main lights are off, but I don't want to do anything that is detrimental to keeping a healthy, happy fish. Once again, these LEDs are VERY bright, almost like looking into a flashlight if you stare at them. Thanks.

I would recommend turning them off when you go to bed. Then your fish can sleep too.

That's what I thought, I've been turning it off when I go to bed, I'll continue to do so.
