What type of substrate is this, looks very nice?

It's pure white silica sand with a mixture of different river gravel bits on top to make it look like a natural river bed.
The Black sand particles are black tahitian moon sand the buttheads at my LFS sold to me a fertilizer substrate, only for me to later find out it was nothing but dumb old black sand! Now I have an ungodly amount of sand in my tank
