hopefully my LFS will have some more tiger barbs. they have been out for a couple weeks

Tiger barbs are some of the sharpest looking fish in the hobby... I just wish they were a little less - ...... snarky.

They are truly amazing fish. They are hardy, active, attractive and great schoolers. The only let down is the nipping.

No need to try, they all love history. My eldest son went on a school residential trip to the Ypres area back in February, and has been itching to take us all there ever since. Even my little 5yo appreciated it. They love the Horrible Histories series on telly (if you don't get that show in Oz, have a look on YouTube. This programme is the only children's TV show to win a British Comedy Award).

We got the horrible histories show here too. Don't watch it coz history doesnt really float my boat. Fish send my boat into the clouds. Hell, with fish, my boat is a freaking spaceship! I'm winning.

I was really turned off history at school - HH is so funny, though, it's worth watching just for the laughs - it thoroughly deserved its BCA.
