Gahhh...just got power back! That vicious storm Friday night left me without power for three days in 105-110 degree weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fish barely made it, albeit all of my shrimp 'cept two cherries perished in the heat

That stinks... Poor cherries... I had a slight storm on friday but ended up goin fishing cause the storm only lasted a couple hours.

I didnt lose power, i dont even think the storm hit New Hampshire. I just got a rain storm but thats, well, New Hampshire for you.

I got 8 baby khuli's last week and they were all a little pale when I acclimated and introduced them in the tank. Well, I keep catching glimpses of one that was still really pale and I started wondering....

I got some pictures today though he was under some wood so it was hard. What do you think?

Also, whoever said that khuli's hide all the time was crazy. I can see one or two out at all times. they are only 1 inch long

Maybe they feel safe with the dark substrate? Your tank isn't fully stocked yet either right? Combine that with the fact you got a lot of them........that would be my guess.

Don't know why that one is so pale.

I think its either an albino or a freak of nature with no stripes. I've seen it up close and it doesn't have a stress stripe.
