Khulie Loaches

I have a couple of KL's in my second tank that I have had for almost a year now.

I see them very rarely, but one seems to be almost 5 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide.

Both seem very happy, but I am surprised at how much they have grown.

Do they have a 'maximum' size as such, as I was assured by the LFS, that they would stay fairly small.

The limit for all species is supposed to be 4". (the limits are never reliable, I have some loaches that are larger then their "official" limits).

If you actually have a 5" specimen, it would be interesting to see a photo of it.

my khuli's are in between 4-5 inches.

I'd say my Kuhli loaches are around 4 - 5 inches long. They probably aren't as big as 5 inches though, so it's probably closes to 4.
