I always found pets @ home to be very expensive when it comes to gravel mind you.

Not all loaches get along. Some species are actualy quite aggressive. Zebra loaches (botia striata) are somewhere in-between - being a little agressive with other fish at times but generaly quite peaceful with their tankmates and social with each other. I've had bad experiences mixing that particular species with cories though and would take care if mixing them with peaceful bottom dwellers or with long-finned fish that are prone to being nipped. I'd consider the yo-yo loach if I were in your position but there are plenty of others. Check out this site: http://www.loaches.com/

Thanx....

I think i may go for fine gravel..... (still havnt decided :/ )

Ive read up about Loaches already, as there one of my favourite fish  , and the ones i have are peaceful, and alot of loaches, are semi-aggresive which i dont really want, so i may just add 2 more Clown loaches, so then i will have 4, do you think that is enough?? The 2 i already have now get along just fine, but i heard they like to be in larger groups....??????? :D

Ok guys, i have now been and bought some sand from my lfs....i have put it into my tank, and filled with water, and added my 3 slate ornaments.....filter, and heater are on......

So all i need to do now, is buy some plants and ammonia for the cycle...

Do you still suggest i put some de-cholrinator in there? Im doing a fishless cycle, what about "cycle" should i put some of that in there too??

Well done on getting the tank !

Nope just stick to ammonia while the tank is cycling. You can add dechlorinator when you do your final large water change once the tank is cycled - and then add the fish. But keep in mind you're really looking at a good month from now :)
