Hiya! I'm new here (um...duh), so I thought I'd introduce myself. 
My name's Mandy, I'm 18 and an illustration major in art college...woohoo.
I'm very new to fishkeeping and have already learned quite a bit just from reading through the posts in this forum. I have two wonderful bettas named Monet and Van Gogh, as well as an albino African Clawed Frog named Smirnoff. Those goofy bettas of mine made me realize I may not be the horrid fish killer I once thought I was (since I've kept countless carnival goldfish that last about three days...gee, wonder why. )
Anyway, I'm hoping to purchase a 30 gallon aquarium in the very near future and I'll definately be bugging everyone to death asking advice...and then once again with pictures.
I'm very excited to be a member of this forum. I'm sure I'll love it here.
