I don't bite, all that often...
Their series 3 and 4 get about 1 "My Arcadia units bust, what do I do" a week on UR. Usualy, it's either the ignitor (the 3 series uses magnetic balasts, can't remember about the 4 series) or the balast thats gone, not the lamp(s) as you would expect. 
Customer service is usualy good mind, but if they go outside of warrenty, you are suddenly hit with a nice repair bill.
