Lol! Might get a 5ft tall 2" square tank then and stock it with 10 shrimp and then email fluval and see what they say when I ask why they're not doing very well.

Anyone that still hasn't got the letter you need to phone them. According to the person who answered there seems to be "an issue with some letters"

I got my email this morning saying i was going to be sent a letter and given a bigger replacement tank, so hopefully that will come through! I have the same problem with the money, swanseastilo.
