Just Bought A New Tank To Use For Betta, Few Questions

i got my tank today, it comes with a spray bar and outflow head, which one would be the most suitable for a betta?

i tryed both with mine and i find the outflow head better, i just turn it to the back of the tank

thanks, i guess i'll just do the same and try them both to see which one i prefer.

as it's a second hand tank i don't know if it's had disease in it or whatever so would like to clean it first, what should I clean it with?

hmm i cant decide what to do with my tank. It's 28 litres, i can't decide if i should divide it and get 2 bettas or get 1 betta and a few cory's... what do you think?
