Julii Cories?

I recently bought 4 of what were labelled in my lfs as 'Julii' Cory... I'm now pretty sure they're actually 'Trilineatus'... Julii have 'spots' on their heads whilst Trilineatus have a 'marble' effect on theirs...

...still lovely fish though...

its a problem seen all over the world I think, the not-so-LFS I go to which is amazing, even slipts up at times, it had some Aganyxis Pectinifrons labeled as Platydoras Costatus, and I also saw Platydoras Costatus named as Hancock's Catfish, that was on a website I think. Anyway a Hancock's Catfish is a Amblydoras Hancocki

you never see rare expensive fish labeled up worng though do you or maybe some of you have had bought fish that were labeled as a more common cheaper fish and known or found out later that they are exactly summit else which is really expensive?

Closet I've been with that is when my GF bought her goldfish, the woman bagged everything up, and put it through the till and later (at home) we looked at the receipet and the woman hadn't put the fish through lol

I decided to update my photos of the new cories I recieved from Aquabid, now that their full color has returned.

As to whether or not they are true Juliis, to tell you the truth I am torn, they definately do not look like my Trilineatus, but they also do not look exactly like the pictures of Julii that I have seen. I am opening it up to discussion. Part of me really does want to call them true Juliis, the pattern is correct on some of them, but not on others.

Those are in my LFS, and they are Jullii corys. I have trilineatus, and they look different than that. IMO, they're Juliis.

i recently bought some cories that were labeled as swartzi. when i looked at pictures on liveaquaria.com it seemed that mine were actually julii's & not swartzi. i'll post a pic tonight. maybe you all can tell me what they really are.
