Truck, they are one of my favourite f/w too.

Now I know that you know this, but we will go through it anyway (besides I have not ventured into new world cichlids for a while)

Always keep Rams at 28 degrees, it helps their immune system.

Feed a varied diet

Keep in pairs and not trios

Remember to buy stock that has not been fed hormones, that way we can sex them.

Most of all enjoy them

EDIT Don't forget Nitrates need to be kept below 20

I have missed that alot actually, I am sure other people have too, we were like a tag team over there.

I know nothing about tropical, but have recently been looking into starting a betta tank lots of research still to do, but you never know, I might just bump into you on the tropical side
