IYHO, what are some good fish

just bought my first tank and awaiting all my accessories to arrive (purchased online)... in the meantime just reading up as much as I can and wondering what you guys would reccomend for some cycling fish! All replies greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Most people on here prefer the fishless cycling method.

I agree, fishless is best. I've personally successfully fishless cycled 3 times now using the method Wheelman linked to. I don't think it is right to subject fish to the toxic levels of ammonia and/or nitrite when establishing a cycle when there is an alternative. However if you are really impatient for fish and are willing to do the water changes neccessary to keep the levels reasonable (probably daily water changes once the levels rise and until the cycle establishes) then your best bet is to cycle with zebra danios.
