I've Got A Problem

I have a Via Aqua AR 620 and one of the bulbs has gone, its a Atman 15000k 20w bulb and my problem is I can't find them anywhere. I've looked in six different shops and on the internet without any luck and just wondered if anyone could help.

I bought the Aquaone AR620 (or so it said) from aquariumsdelivered.co.uk but they sent me a Via Aqua tank and refused to swap it for an Aquaone tank. There is hardly any difference, bulbs being the biggest one but its still not the tank I wanted and to this day I'm very annoyed. Rang trading standards but they said they couldn't help.

How long ago did you buy the tank? The reason I ask is because if it was only a month or so ago trading standards should help you swap it for the correct one. If it was more than a year ago then there is no chance.

However the company you got it from should carry the globes or at least be able to get them in. If they won't then you might need to visit some forums and tell everyone how bad their servie is. Outside of that you might have to try looking at shops that aren't in your area. Possibly even another country. As bad as it sounds sometimes we have top go overseas to get replacement parts because local suppliers no longer carry certain items.

Anyway, best of luck. I hope you find a new globe.
