Just dont go to crazy on the micros, only dose about 1/3 to a 1/2 the normal dose for the first few weeks (but dont worry about what micros you have dosed up to now just cut back on them for the moment) and then start doseing normally, if your dosing EI this is what people normally do in new setups, it helps to combat the algae initially, dose the no3 as normal as soon as you have cycled the tank.
