But yah the weather has been pretty cold lately and it's gonna get colder.
I know that about two years ago, scientists stated that ocean currents are starting to reverse due to global warming...
That could cause a massive climate shift and would cause a ton of extreme weather.
There's even a movie about if it happened.

Yeah. Global warming isn't JUST about heat. There are other affects as well. Some can cause extreme winter storms....

I made sure to finish my Christmas shopping last night. Tonight I will engage in the time honored Pittsburgh tradition of "stocking up". That's when everyone freaks out at a blizzard forecast and runs to the supermarket acting like they don't have enough food or toilet paper in their home to last two days.

Noice. Not too bad actually...
But the wind speeds plus the rain in those temps might be a bit bothersome if you're outside

I did not go to the store today. Tonight it's dropping to 9 with a windchill around negative 9, for North Texas I think it will set a record. I got firewood in and mostly stacked and am keeping the woodstove going. fish are good. Chickens need wet water every couple of hours
