Issues With Conditioning Cories

I've been trying hard with these cories for a while now.

Are they wild caught?

I have put wild caught and a few from breeders together and it seems to get them started. Of course then they are no longer F1s, but they are strong healthy corys.

I don't believe they are wild caught.
The Orange Lasers weren't labelled as that anyway, most likely bred from captive stock.

I've started to use blackwater extract in an attempt to get them to breed.
No signs of any mischief yet, but soon I hope .

I will be putting another couple groups of cories with these guys, maybe my new cories will breed for me and convince the lasers to breed

Disappointment!

No Loretoensis or Blochi arrived, there were none left apparently.

My "C49" have arrived, but they are actually C49, don't know how they got confused between C49 (a Robustus type cory) and C. Nattereri.

Those C. nattereri look very young, how big are they?

You will enjoy them, they are a great cory

they are a fair size, I'd say 4cm.

Take into account that several of the orange lasers are fullgrown cories at around 6cm.
