Absolutely yes! This is something that can be measured and proven. It is also a natural cycle of our planet and is proven to have happened in the past through geological deep drilling. On these deep drilling think of the substrate in your aquarium. If you had sensitive enough instruments you would find that there would bee differences depending on what level you checked. Geologists do the same to the Earth's surface with deep core drilling. They can tell that the Earth's magnetic does reverse through ancient lava flows that can be tested through this deep drilling.

Lava flows align their molecular structure following the north/south magnetic alignment of the planet. If, at one level of the deep drill lava is aligned north to south and, at another depth the flow is aligned south to north it is pretty strong evidence that the magnetic field has reversed.

So who cares? Well thee are some concerns...
1) This also seems to coincide with a shift in the magnet north of our planet which affects navigation. I'm not looking it up right now to be certain as the concept does not need total accuracy but the US military used to have the magnetic north re-calibrated every 5 years. They are now doing yearly. The magnetic north is moving more and more on a yearly basis. Some may say that the Earth is just too big to just shift its axis of rotation. If that were true I wonder why they have found ancient Mammoths in the Arctic ice that were frozen so fast that they could see what it had last ate. Apparently when the actually shift happens it is fast and drastic. To a very large extent that would equate to an extinction level event. I wonder how many of the Earth's previous could not have been caused by such shifts...

2) As the magnetic field shifts it isn't just one day it is north/south and the next day south/north. It i a gradual process that MAY (not proven) be a matter of the Earth's core changing its direction of rotation... Yes, it does seem that the core rotates within the planet causing the magnetic field...

Ever hear of the "Northern Lights", Aurora Borealis? This is caused by the Earth's magnetic field directing cosmic rays to the northern magnetic pole of our planet. As the magnetic field fails due to shifting this protection from cosmic rays lessens. It will be a gradual process but, especially, external cancers will drastically increase due to the loss of this magnetic protection..... Another possibility for some global extinctions.

This is widely available info for anyone who takes a look. Why post it?

And many animals eat and have stomach contents to be looked at after they freeze on the day they die. It happens here all the time in deep winter. I wish I could see mammoths though, even if they'd probably wreck my yard.

As for Ozzy, Keith Richards has him beat all across the board. But somewhere I read Richards was smart enough to get vaccinated. Ozzy must be terribly opposed to putting meds in his temple of a body...
