Is my guppy pregnant, have dropsy, or constipation?

I got my guppy from the pet store a week ago and I have noticed it has gotten bigger. I could be paranoid since my beta just died of dropsy but i am concerned. Does she have dropsy? could she be pregnant?

Dropsy causes fish to swell up and get fat really fast, usually within a day or two. And their scales normally start to stick out sideways. Fish with dropsy will stop eating, won't swim around much, might gasp at the surface or breath heavily, and usually die within a few days of developing the symptoms.
