Is my betta okay?

I’m a new betta owner as of last night. When I first transferred her from the little bowl she came in to her new tank, she seemed excited and swam around exploring. However, I’ve had two issues: she seems to be afraid of the bubbles coming out of the filter (even when I put it as calm as possible), and I’ve had difficulty keeping her water warm enough, even with the heater. Now, she seems to be mostly swimming around the top of the water, and I’m worried she’s either too cold or she’s not getting enough oxygen. Any tips to help keep her happy and healthy?

How big is the tank? Did you cycle the tank before adding the betta? What are your water parameters? What is the temperature in the tank, and what heater are you using?
