Intro

Hi all

I am a long time fish keeper, with a 20 year absent from the game period.
I set up a 400L tank a couple of years ago and been trying to level it since. Mainly a planted tank with some Tetras, Guppys , Corys and Ancistrus.
Hope to get help from you guys and share stuff

Wow that looks brilliant! Lovely plant growth in there and an excellent hardscape!

My only 2 things to mention would be you should find a way of making your filter pipes less obtrusive or switch to black or steel ones? I do quite like the unorthadox nature of the valisnera at the front but does it block off too much of the foreground? If you could move it to the back behind the wood I think it would look really good!

Thanks people. Its far from perfect though.
I struggle with green algae on leaves (not the viscous filament kind, but the spot green that does not wash away) and also some nutrient deficiency.

If i increase nutrients like NPK, i get more green algae. If i reduce them, i get iron deficiency and PK lacking shows leaves with light pale color and weak new leaves.

The Valis at the front is really intended though. I think it gives a intentional block to fish , they sometimes get scared when people pass by (tank is in a hallway).
It does not remove visibility to the rest , at least i dont think so.
