Interesting lifespan research

Nothobranchius killifish have become important subjects for research into aging. They have naturally short lives, but mature incredibly quickly. That lets people study many generations in a relatively short time, for a vertebrate creature.

This realization is thanks to hobbyist/scientists keeping the fish and realizing the potential. Now, it might be interesting to look at these results and see if maybe they apply to our little fish, for the minority of hobbyists who get into breeding their fish.
