Injured fish needing advice asap please!

I would do another large water change.

And add the salt solution at the same time, plus tap safe and quick start? Carbon filter in or out?

Update - my little fish looks much the same except it looks as though the initial blood from the cut has either stopped bleeding or washed off. It's still swimming about, not 100% but ok, although It hasn't eaten since the injury. 50% water change with full aquarium salt dose, then 50% wc with part salt change. Carbon filters removed. Thanks for the advice. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Fingers crossed for a full recovery.
