In your opinion, what are the most beautiful plecs

Which ones do you favour most of all? And why?

I ike any pleco. They all look awesome Built in body armor

anyone got a good pic of a common plec? i cant find one. i like plecos, i used to think that they were juts alge eating guys i bought for my tank but now that iv got one here hes pretty cool. i saw some black spikey ones at walmart once, but i didn't want them to hurt my fish, i sprang for my common instead i like that they can eat their body weight in alge in one night its cool to watch

The scarlet pleco also known as a cactus plec. THis really something, the body is black with numerous small spines, but te edge of the dorsal fin and the entire of the caudal fin is the most fantastic mix of oranges and reds..............I want one

I think all plecos are ugly.
I have a golden nugget pleco and it does the job,
but it is still an ugly fish.

I love quite a few of the brighter coloured ones...

L134's are very striking (Leopard frog plecs)
L075's are great too..

All of the ones we have we're on our want list due to the fact we liked them a lot

If we get a bigger tank - a titanicus (L273) will be a must

L200
Gold Nugget Plec
Snowball Plec
Zebra Plec

There are lots more really nice ones but these are the main ones that come to mind.

L10a- red whip tail
L75 Para plec
L174 Leopard Hemiancitrus
L260 Queen Ababesque (better than the L46 zebra plec IMO)

This is exactly how I feel. They're kinda fugly and kinda weird and this is why I love them!

There are much cheaper plecs that do a FAR better job. You love your lil nuggie wuggie.

Ok, Michael Roth, which one is that? Gorgeous fish man.
Under the right lighting conditions I'd definitely put it right up there with the L273 and the Scarlett that's been mentioned.
