Out of curiousity i would like to hear peoples opinions on what marine fish are easiest to keep for a begginner ?

i'd say a clown or damsel. damsels are agressive but very hardy

Clowns are very good first fish, as are Gobies, chromis, and psuedochromis IMO

I'd crossreference these suggestions with your tank size too

What size tank are you setting up? Do you want to make a reef tank with invertebrates or just keep fish and rock?

This will help everyone make suggestions to suit your tank size.............angelfish, some tangs and triggerfish etc grow to 12-18" inches!

As above, but go tank bred if you can as opposed to wild caught, tank bred clowns are pretty bullet proof and an ideal first fish/pair
