Important Question On Dosing With Ick Away

ok ive gone through the 1st 24hrs (25%water change and dosing with 1tsp per 10g. now day 2 im suppose to do another water change and dose again. HERE IS THE QUESTION how much do i dose? full dose? half? estimated amount that i took out? what? because i don't think doing partial water changes will remove ALL of the medicine and if i dose fully again then it might overdose. HELP PLEASE im suppose to repeat this for period of about a week. im in need of help with the dosing.

NOTE i've successfully cured ich in the past but i've never used medicine i've always used salt and temp change. so this is my first with medicine. by the way im treating oscars only 1 had visible signs.

What med are you using never heard of doing water changes every day with a whitespot med.
When you preform a water change you just add the correct amount of med back to the water removed.

Have you raised temp and increased aeration in the tank.



Ok so you have to dose one tablespoon aday to 10 gallons, but do a water change.
I would just add the same dose back each day after the water change, is that what it tells you to do in the instructions

i increased temp to about 80f and i do have aeration its not table spoon its teaspoon. its a 30g right now so lets say i take out 5g would i put in half a teaspoon?

Yes that right if you remove 5 gallons and the med dosage is one teaspoon to 10 gallons that mean half a teaspoon full to 5 gallons.

i used jungle ich it is a 24hr treatment as well, and same add 1tbl per 10gal so i added 2 for my 20gal tank. waited 24hrs changed water 25% then redosed the tank 2 caps basically, keep doing this untill the spots are gone, then repeate again even tho the spots are gone.
