Imperial Zebra Plecostomus

Hi, I muct admit I am not a huge fan of Catfish as a whole but I came across this and have read that they are quite expensive for their size which for me is part of the reason I would like one, apparently only 3" which would be fine in my 10 gallon with some tetra's and the Black Spotted Synodontis I have at the moment assuming no compatibility issues.

It is a Imperial Zebra Plecostomus (Hypancistrus zebra)

So can anyone give me an idea on price and any special provisions I need to take?
Also any random comments would help.

Hey,

The zebra plec likes to be in groups, so you're best of getting more than 1. A 10 Gallon is simply too small for them, sorry

Also, the going price right now is around 100/150 euros over here. I've heard of the price in england being around 100 pounds though

Also your synodontis needs a larger tank than 10 gallons.

Don't bother with ANY Plecs in a 10gallon, the only sucking catfish I would consider would be "Ottos". A group of 3 could go in a 10G..
