Yes these can be replaced I chose to upgrade mine to higher flow powerhead but the standard one is good enough to do the job.

i was going to buy the 450 because it would be cheap to set up but it was very small and i didnt want to spend £500 on a tank and then 2 months later i would want a bigger tank.

You will probably get little asterinas on your live rock, but that is about it, i'm afraid

List looks good to me Harry, just forget about the live sand - carib do some nice aragonite sands

You can buy them, all they are is a piece of tubing with a little tap thing on the end
