just read that some platy, infact livebearers, can seem larger that they normally would be when pregnant if they are infected with internal parasites, so could explain why she she seems so large, look at your feeding habits, reduce her feeding right down, check stats again and temp as well, if all is ok have you got a carbon in your filter, a carbon that isnt maintained right can cause the fish to stress out big time and with reduced immune system this can cause the parasites to multiply with in her at great speed.
