U have to go to ur signature thing in the control pannel and go too the siganture its going to have the http and image and qoute and ECT. Go to the Image u want left click go to properties get the url go back to ur signature. Then click on the IMG button and put the URL and u got it.

Unfortuantely yes, fish have no rights it seems. The only reason it is illegal to feed live fish to other fish in Europe is because they are classed as vertabrate animals. Other than that people can do anything they like to fish
