Ok thanx, your tanks look brilliant btw, im definately leaning towards adf lol.

So just to make sure ive got it 100%
ADFs have webbing between fingers
ADCFs have no webbing?

Yea well, Almost....
ADF, African DWARF Frog - correct! Webbing on all 4 feet!!!
ACF, Not ADCF - There is no such thing as an African DWARF Clawed Frog - if you see this at a pet store it is simply a young ACF who will grow up to 5-6 inches! And correct - they have webbing only between the toes on their hind feet, their front feet/hands have no webbing. They are also chubbier where as ADFs have thin hind legs

Bloodworm every 2-3 days, sometimes other meaty foods.

Ok thanx, frozen should do shouldnt it? i have freeze dried bloodworms would these not have enough nutrition in?
