I need help to identify this plec and whats the strange orange bulb on him im abit worried

Please can someone help me im trying to find out what this orange lump is on my plec. Also any ideas on what type of plec he is.

what orange lump?
draw a circle around the orange lump so we know what you mean.
 
can you make the picture bigger?
when you adjusted it, you made it really small.
 
It appears to be a female bristle nose pleco. I could be wrong though. I don’t see the orange bulb you are referring to though.
 
Ive never seen a bristlenose with that patterning and the top fin seems a bit high for a Bristlenose. Im not sure what it is. If its not a bristlenose than most likely its gonna get big like most plecos.
 
Years ago I had several similar to this one and they grew to around 6-8 inch long, they didn't have the brighter contrasting spots like this one. I have not had plecos in years. Can you get a better picture of his bottom so we can see the growth?
