Id On Weird Fish?

So im on vacation and of course i cant resist a trip to a local pet store! It wasn't really the best store by any chance but it had one interesting and really nice looking fish in a tank with two Oscars.... unfortunately i didn't have my camera with and the store employee didn't even know its name but ill try and give a description....

Basically imagine a general head of a Gobi (blue- turquoise blue) and mix the middle beefy body with an Oscar (still a nice rich blue color) and the end tail was a sort of spade shape.... The eye was really small and made it actually pretty adorable and odd looking. And size wise it was pretty big, about the size of an Oscar on the smaller size (not really full grown)... so idk if my description is vivid enough but ill draw up a picture and see if that helps!
