Ich, ripped fins, fraying fins?

My cambodian that I got from wal-mart recently came down with ich. I did a full water change and did ich treatement and this week his ich is fully gone but now his eyes have kind of glassed over and are cloudy. The ends of his fins are also fraying. I did another water change (4th one) and added salt. What could be wrong with him?

Also, my buttefly's fins are are torn on the ends like somone took scissors and sliced up his tail. Same with my green's but his aren't as bad. I did full changes on all of my tanks last night and added salt to all.

So my questions are:
1: What is wrong with my cambodian
2: What is wrong with Green and Butterfly?
3: What would be a good med to use
4: I was thinking bettamax or primafix. Would these work?

Unfortanatly i have never brought a fish with clouded eyes back to health. Although i have tried. My Giant gourami had glazed over eyes. I did water cahnges every other day. And treated with Melafix. When that didnt work i tried cupramede. That didnt work either. He died in about 2 months. Unfortanatly i do not know if it is possible to cure then. The only suggestion i could give to you is to talk to the manager of your lfs. He should know if there are any meds for that.
