sorry about your fish but at least it was fast dropsy is not nice. Get another one.. I dont know whether dropsy is contagious...someone will help.

thankyou.Im going to look round for a ct or something othr than a vt.I think vt's are the most common and they come in the same old red and blues.thanks again.

I just got a yellow vt..and they had the most beautiful vt apricot fins with splodges in but red and blue body..these fins on a red and blue body he was fab (jobys bettas has some pks)

Have you got maidenhead aquatics near you they are very helpful and will try to get you a particular sort in

nope i have a forty fathoms(family busness),barten hill(pet shop) and shirley aquatics(its a massive warehouse full of fish!

Just make sure that the fish never burst in the tank, you dont want all the nasty stuff from dropsy in your water when you add a new fish.
