I need help.

I saw nobodt replied and it was slipping down the list. The fact is, without really seeing what you've got, it is not possible to suggest a reasonable way to put it together.

I assume you are familiar with the theory of how they work?
 
Cut a hole into the middle of the sponge, stick the large diameter tubeing in the hole, then put a small air stone at the bottom, a cheap one that produces lots of big bubbles, then hook it up to the airpump. cut off big tubeing just below the surface of the water Maybe add a nozzley thing to the top to direct water flow. Turn on air pump
