well i know it sounds a bit stupid but i have always wondered and never known and on ebay you can sell fish and not any other animals and i know you cant ship animals in from other countries into the uk with out a lisence [spelling?] but i was wondering if you can ship fish into the uk from like america because i always see amazing fish in aquabid and always wish i could bid for them and never known weather i can so my question is can i ? thanks for your help :)

Unfortunatly, unless the person states that they can sell them and ship them to or within the US or Canada your SOL.

dam i thought the answer would be something like that ah well i will live lol and also as that isnt possible now i was wondering if anyone on here knows any wesites in the uk that send tropical fish / sell online thanks

Internationally, you typically need a trans-shipper, (some one who can clear the fish at the airport and then ship them to you, or deliver them to you.) This process alone is quite costly, and imo unless its a once in a life time find, and the fish poops money, it isn't worth it for the typical hobbiest. However, buying fish online from a seller who is within your country is a possibility, but shipping may still be costly. The LFS is really your best bet. If you see something you like online that they don't have, you can always ask if they would order that type of fish for you.

thanks GuppyDude i will take your advice and just stick to the LFS's
